AlQabela Publisher is a private tool that publishes the AlQabela (القبيلة) channel’s own videos to its own Facebook Page and Instagram account through Meta’s official APIs. This policy explains what it uses and what it keeps.
Who operates it
The app is operated by Khaireddine Dalaa, who also runs AlQabela and vrspi.com. For any question about this policy or your information, contact vrspi33@gmail.com.
Who uses it
Only the operator. The app is not offered to the public, and nobody else signs in to it. It acts only on the Facebook Page and the Instagram professional account that the operator owns and manages.
What it does with Meta’s APIs
With the permissions the operator grants, the app:
- reads the operator’s list of Pages and the Instagram account linked to the Page, to find where to publish;
- uploads the channel’s own videos with their captions and cover images, and publishes them as Reels;
- posts one comment from the channel under its own video, linking to the full episode;
- reads the processing status of each upload, the link to the published post, and Instagram’s daily publishing limit, so that nothing is posted twice.
What it does not do
The app does not collect, read, store, or analyse information about people who view, like, comment on, or message the Page or the Instagram account. It does not read other people’s comments or messages, does not build audiences or profiles, does not use any data for advertising, and does not sell or share data with anyone.
What it keeps, and where
The app runs on the operator’s own computer, not on vrspi.com’s servers. It keeps:
- the Page access token, stored only in the computer’s encrypted system keychain, and never written to files or logs;
- the IDs of the operator’s Page and Instagram account;
- a record of each video it published: the upload and post IDs, the post link, the time, and any error message. These records contain no information about other people.
Facebook and Instagram process the published videos and their engagement under Meta’s own Privacy Policy.
Data deletion
The app stores no personal data about Facebook or Instagram users, so there is no user data to delete. If you believe the app holds information about you, email vrspi33@gmail.com with the subject “AlQabela Publisher data deletion”, and we will reply and delete anything found within 30 days.
The operator can also remove the app’s access at any time from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → remove AlQabela Publisher. This revokes its token immediately.
Changes
If the app’s use of data changes, this page will be updated and its date changed above. This policy covers only AlQabela Publisher; the website and Vrspi accounts are covered by the vrspi.com privacy notice.
